Peacebird HQ

The Peacebird HQ in Ningbo China is 78,500 sqm of office space and is over 100m in diameter with a 50m diameter central garden space. The building is the maximum permissible 24m in height but includes a 4 storey basement across the entire footprint. Each floor slides at 15 degree south relative to the floor below and the radially positioned columns follow this incline. Not only does this create a sense of movement and a dynamic workspace, it also shades the south-facing facades at the critical times of the year.  Beneath the central garden sits a 50m clear span space for fashion shows and events.
